Warp: *glomps onto them both* C'mon, we should introduce TC ta Highrise. Just because.

Sun: *soft squeak and a laugh* Fuel first. *will poke at Warp's canopy to get him to back up so they can untangle from this hug knot and go fuel*

*Laughing, Warp backs off, and even TC has a very small grin on his face as he helps his wingmate roll up the pad and put it away.*

Sun: *giggles and will go fill up cubes of all of them so the cubes are full by the time the Seekers step in*

*TC is a bit guarded, half sure this is some kind of dream that will turn into a nightmare any moment, but...he's /grateful/ for the fuel.*

*It's not the best he's ever had, but it's the best he's had in a LONG time...*

TC: *at this point, is grateful for anything . . . *

Sun: *when he's done fueling, he'll get up and leave the room....and return with his medkit.  He was /out/ last night, but before they do anything else today, he's going to repair TC*

TC: *holds up a hand* Sir, I'm fine. You and Skywarp should get to work. Don't worry about me.

Sun: Highrise isn't expecting us today, not after last night.  We'll go see him later.  I'm going to fix you up first.

TC: Still . . . I'm fine, sir. Really...

Sun: You will be. *he’s not being turned away on this, even if he has to pull the “I’m master” card here.  Don’t make him say it.* *he’ll get to work, gentle and attentive as he works, just as he was with Warp.  He’ll even remove paneling to get at the deep stuff that’s been neglected for vorns*

HR: My apologies, Thundercracker. I should have warned you of the grade. Please don't feel you must finish it, but also know you'll not offend me if you overcharge.
Sun: *nods* I won't be upset either. Overcharging is your choice, and no wrong decision for it either way.

TC: *nods* Thank you, sir, Master. I'll be careful, though. I don't like losing control. *any more than he already has with the collar*
Warp: *glances at him, sympathetic even as he's still amused by the reaction*

HR: Just sir is fine with me. Do you have any interest in finding a job?

TC: A…job…? *looks between him and Sun - hadn't thought that far yet, still dealing with the fact that he's here at all, this time yesterday, he was preparing to go to the arenas for some very illegal and deadly gladiatorial matches, with nothing but more of the same in his future* I . . . I hadn't . . . really considered it yet, sir.
Warp: He'll be interested as soon as he finishes wrappin' his processor around the fact he doesn't hafta be a gladiator anymore.

Sun: *little grin* Whenever he's ready, we'll find a good place that will take him.
HR: If you think arcitecture may be your thing, I'll give you a try here.

TC: *kind of gapes at him a bit…knows he probably /shouldn't/ be surprised, the mech gave Warp a chance (and Sun), but it's different because it's /him/ . . . small bow* I…have no idea about architecture, sir, but…if you're willing, I'll do my best. Thank you.

HR: You're welcome to try, and if it's not your thing I'd be happy to put in a good reference for you anywhere you apply.

TC: Eh…thank you, sir. *but he has to ask* Slaves can apply for normal employment? Like a free mech? *that's news to him…*

HR: Most certainly. Technically speaking, if their master allows it, a slave can get /any/ job. Not many masters allow their slaves to get jobs, or if they do they don't allow them to get good jobs, which makes them fools, because the higher pay would go to them. Many places though are very willing to hire a slave because slaves are often very good workers because they face their master's wrath if they do anything to lose their job. Not that you'd have to worry about that side of things, Sun is a reasonable mech who doesn't hurt others just because he can.
Sun: *soft, shy trill. He hides behind his cube and takes a sip to avoid looking at anyone.*
