Cipher: *after fuel, and after Trail has headed off to rest, when it's just WJ and Cipher.* Do you trust me, Wheeljack?

WJ: *studies him . . . wry* Do I even know you’re real name?

Cipher: *small smile, and then looks up to meet WJ's gaze.* Subzero.

WJ: *nods* Pleased ta meetcha. So . . . in what way?

Zero: ....In any way, I guess.

WJ: *studies him* Well, you’ve not really given me reason not to. Why?

Zero: My solution for you. I have a way that will allow you to keep in contact with me. It is a comm of sorts, unhackable, unblockable, but it would also connect us in a sense. You'd always have a sense of where I am and my physical wellbeing, and vice versa.

WJ: *thinks about that, trying to figure out what kind of comm it could be, finally tone of a bit of a wry grin* With your line’a work, probably better question if that’s the case – how much do /you/ trust /me/?

Zero: Much more than I probably should trust someone I've known only a few days.

WJ: *low chuckle* Well, if it helps ya much, it’s pretty easy ta get third party information on me an’ my character.  *pauses, studying him another moment . . . and finally nods* Yeah, I trust ya. An’ thank you for /your/ trust.

Zero: *smiles and shifts to get what he needs.  He turns back to WJ with a little pad of stickers.* You’ll need to put this on the back of your spark chamber.  I’ll help  you if want. *if WJ trusts him do..*

WJ: Spark chamber, huh? Why there? *more a matter of curiosity than trust as he studies the stickers*

Zero: it's what keeps it from being detected or blocked. You could be across the universe and we could still communicate. Someone would have to open you up and look real close to find it too, sweepers and sensors won't pick it ip.

WJ: Whoa, really!? How does it work? *reaches for the pad*

Zero: *smiles* You'll have to ask Shadow that, this is actualky one of his inventions, more programming than science. I know it has something to do with how it works from or with the spark energy.

WJ: *studying the patches, fascinated* Yeah...I'll do that...

Zero: *amused* You want helo getting it in place?

Zero: *is quick and gentle about getthing the patch in place. It'll feel odd, having something lightly latch onto his spark chamber, and then he'll be /aware/ of Zero before him even as the mech is closing him up.*
