*The next weeks will pass well. The BP will be given duties, guarding and helping out in various small ways. When it's learned the Build Team can improve on the housing here, they'll certainly be put to work, and plumbing?! That's unheard of, but wielders will make pipes as directed out of what metals can be found, and they are abundant in this area. Kemen stays near to Mitham too, since he was healed, and Mitham is almost never far from Deckard. The BP have also not only learned about Inriomai and wielders, but Tervai as well, and have even faced them once. Today will be their second encounter.*

*And as with the last time, the Braves will prove themselves competent, fearless, and ferocious, down to the last of them (which might surprise people with ones like gentle Deckard or playful Drill Boy). The thunderous /cracks/ of their weapons can be heard throughout the camp during the fighting.*

*The sounds of their weapons still shock people, but they're learning. At one point black energy coils around Deckard. He'll see the Senti stalking towards him with a nasty grin, and no one either close enough or unoccupied enough to be able to help. And then he'll spot Mitham. The boy is supposed to be sith the other children, in the building behind Deckard. But he's clearly not. He darts in from behind and to the left of the Senti...and /whallops/ it over the head. The thick stick he's carrying cracks in half. The Senti stimbles to his knees, concentration brocken and Deckard free...and it /turns/ on Mitham, claws slashing the boy's stomach open. Deckard will be ables to stop any further attack on the boy.*

Deckard: *as much as he wants to yell at Mitham to stay back, he won't draw attention to the boy . . . then he's free and Mitham is down! With a growl, he fires, clean head shot . . .he doesn't even wait for the Senti to fall before he's darting to Mitham, scooping him up and running him to help!*

Mitham: *chokes and clings weakly.* D-Deckard...

Deckard: *grim* Hang on, Mitham. You're going to be fine. *takes him wherever wounded are taken*

*He'll reach the med tent. Spirit Wielders of all sort are working on the injured and poisoned when he comes in. One young lady, the one the ninjas brought Jimn to, spots Deckard and crosses to him. Jerrica already has a worried frown on her face at the sight of Mitham bleeding so much.*
Mitham: *has passed out in Deckard's arms.*

Deckard: *the look on his face is absolutely HEARTSICK as he hands Mitham over to her* P-please.... *SAVE HIM!...h-he can't lose Boss again! He just...he /can't/ go through that again!!! - if not stopped, he'll turn and flee back out into the fighting, he's needed out there (and he needs the distraction)*

*The fighting will end soon, and when anyone comes looking for Mitham they'll find him sleeping in the med tent. Jerrica sits by him, a hand stroking his hair.*

*The team regroups and, at the look on Deckard's face despite him trying to hold it together to fulfill his role as team lead, the others /know/ something is Very Wrong. PJ saw too and is the first to speak. Boss? The look worsens and, as one, the group DASHES for the med tent!*
DB: *breaking in /right/ behind Deckard* Boss!?
*Heartsick looks on everyone's faces as they look first at Mitham, then to Jerrica.*
Duke: Is he...?

Jerrica: He's sleeping. He lost a lot of blood, very quickly. I've done all that can be done, all we can do now is wait. *she'll motion them over. It's okay to crowd in close. She'll even take Deckard's hand and pull him over to sit, she'll get up and gently push him into her spot, then put his hand on the boy's head.* Just be with him. Talk to him.
