Frowning---at the situation, much much more than her new ally---Sam turned her attention to Rick, studying the investigator, and his aura, anew. The unique aspects of his aura were still very interesting, but his response to what she'd said was of-interest, too. Not that she had said her whole piece, but the rest of her response might've been more the means to the end of throwing hands, and blasts, and iron, in addition to whatever was within arm's reach. “How many suspected victims? What's the range, like, location range? Any similar qualities?”
