Ayida: *nods* If you feel yourself fading at all, let me know, Davi or I can help you, all right?

Xan: Yes, thank you.

Ayida: *will carry him into her house. It's a nice little cabin in the country surrounded by all kinds of plants, wind chimes and wind sculptures, and various brightly colored decorations all round. There's a path to the front door and she'll head them inside.* Welcome home, honey.

Xan: *looking around as they're walking up* The energies here are really wonderful. I like them. They feel really good. *looks at her at the last* ...home? *there might have been a faint hint of hope in that...*

Ayida: *smiles at him* Well, unless you want to head back to a ghost town when we're done with our mission, then yeah... home. *and she's clearly glad he likes the energies here, she's worked hard on them.*

Xan: ...I hadn't really thought about it. The people I was created to protect were able to escape. I...I don't know where they are anymore. It doesn't matter, though, so long as they're alive and well, and safe. *shifts to look up at her* I'd like to stay here with you. Thank you.

Ayida: *smiles* Then welcome home, honey. *will set him down and motion invitingly for him to explore*

Davi: *materializes on the back of the couch with a swirl of blue-white light and gives them a quark of greeting before fluffing his feathers.*

Xan: *is set on a little side table and will catch her hand before she withdraws it too far, giving her a HUG around the wrist* Thank you, Ayida. Thank you /very/ much! *looks up at the quark* Oh, Davi! Good to see you! Feeling better now, I hope?

Davi: *churrs at him, clicking his beak a few times, a soft reassurance*

Xan: Good, glad to hear that.

Ayida: *cups her other hand over his back, smiling at hi* You are /very/ welcome, honey.
