Emon: *soft laugh* Yes, I'm sure it's not always been a pleasure. Still, you have done amazing work for this household. Thank you, more than I can ever really express, thank you.

Darnell: *nods* Just keep doing what you're doing and looking after these good people.

Emon: *nods* I intend to. And I hope you don't mind if I ever call for you again.

Darnell: I would love if you did . . . though I'll hope you don't /need/ me again any time soon.

Emon: Heh, yes, I hope so too. Though, do know you are welcome at any time.

Darnell: Thank you. Any time I am out this way, I will make a point to stop by if I can. In the meantime, though, I do have a favor to ask.

Emon: Certainly! Anything that's within my power.

Darnell: Just that Mitham and I need a place to stay for the next week or so while his little sister recovers from a nasty infection. She's in the care of a healer in town.

Emon: Oh! You're certainly welcome here, or I can make sure you have a place closer to the city. *the manor and mine are a fair ride outside of Vedenar where Rafa and Shaila are.*

Darnell: I'd appreciate that, yes. Actually, staying in town might be the better idea. Closer to Rafa's place and maybe I can find some work for while we're here.

Emon: I'm sure you'll be able to find something. Here. *will pull out a purse and push it across the desk before him.* I think Captain Elhokar would be the best for finding a place in town for you.

Darnell: *accepts the purse and tucks it into his satchel* Thank you, Lord DuPrae. I'll do that. Is there anything else I can do for you while I'm here?

Emon: *shakes his head* I've no further issues requiring a detective, but please don't feel like you have to leave before you'e ready. You're welcome for as long as you wish.

Mitham: *can't help watching that purse disappear into Darnell's satchel... it' looked heavy, how much did this guy pay Darnell?*
