(no subject)

Jendayi: *makes a soft noise at the sight of his injuries.....she looks again at the food, at him, at the food, at him...and finally shifts slowly closer.* ...I don't- *her voice catches and tears gather at the corners of her eyes.* w-want to be al-lone anym-more...

Yugi: *turns back around fully to her, tears gathering in his eyes too as he pulls his shirt back on, quietly* You don’t have to be. *holds his arms out to her*

Jendayi: *the first few steps are hesitant, but then she's gained courage, and a bit of momentum, and is soon in Yugi's arms, clinging and sobbing against his shoulder.*

Yugi: */clings/ back, HUGGING tightly . . . unless she reacts in pain, then he’s gentler . . . b-but honestly? There’s a big part of him he didn’t even know about that REALLY needed a hug too, so . . . he’s /hugging/, murmuring encouragements to her as she cries it out*

Jendayi: *just too exhausted to cry for long, but boy does she cling. She quiets and stills, but doesn't loosen her grip on him, like if she does he might change his mind and leave her here.*

Yugi: *after a moment, tries to get to his feet without letting go of her . . . but he’s not in /that/ great a shape right at the moment either, so…kind of pushes at her gently* Hey, Jen-chan. Let go for a moment so I can get up, okay?

Jendayi: *reluctant, but lets go and takes a step back.*

Yugi: *really does just get to his feet, then he’ll scoop her up into his arms again to carry (even though it kind of /really/ hurts…) - will carry her, snuggled to himself, back to Gear’s place*

Gear: *sitting at the table...worried...did he do the right thing?  Is Yugi gonna come back?  Should he go looking?  He looks both surprised and relieved when Yugi comes in with the girl.*

Jendayi: *clinging, wrapped around him and just...clinging.*
