Maru: *apprehensive but lets the engineers do what needs to be done in the end - wakes and…feels suddenly /lonely/, sitting up and looking around*  Kagerou?

*The others haven't been allowed in, the work and tests being done with Shadowmaru are too delicate. They know, but they've not seen Maru all week.*

Kage: *powering up even as Maru turns and says his name....his eyes light up and he looks around.* ....Shadowmaru...

Maru:  Kagerou! *starts to get up, to go to him, but catches himself – he's still hooked up to various things*  Are you all right?  Is he okay?  It worked? *anxious as he turns to the engineers around them*

Kumouri: As far as we can tell...

*Everyone still looks anxious*

Kage: *little smirk.* You're going to give our good engineers more work if you're not careful.

Maru: *glances a matching little smirk around the room, speaking to Kage*  It keeps them employed.  *he REALLY DOES appreciate all their hard work, though!...and they know him well enough to know that – to Kage directly* How are you feeling?  How are the connections to your body?

Kage: *lifts a hand and looks at it, flexing his fingers and turning it this way and that...* Confining...but everything feels right.
