Gear: *will have him kneel and practically put his head on Gear's lap...and he'll remove the collar.*

Warp: *shaking as he obeys . . . and then /jerks/*  M-master!? *does he not want him anymore already!?*

Gear: You're free. I finished reading your file and made some calls while you were out flying. Your sentence was up six vorns ago. You're free.

Warp: *sits back, /gaping/ at him, one hand rubbing his bared throat*  I-I'm free . . . r-really? *almost scared to believe that*

Gear: Really. *offers Warp a datapad*

Warp: *accepts it almost hesitantly, reading it over . . . reads it again . . . reads it a /third/ time . . . and then is /bolting/ to his feet* TC! TC, look!! *nearly runs into him at the door*

TC: *has been both listening to Warp and Gear and "listening" to the bond . . . is still almost knocked over at the door, fuel sloshing in the cubes in his hands* Warp! *snaps his name on reflex, but then he's grinning* Skywarp, that's /great/. Go thank him.

Warp: Right! *skids back over to Gear, dropping into submission* Thank you, Master Geargrinder! Thank yo-? *sits up a bit, glancing over his shoulder at TC, nods - to Gear* Can I fight for ya in the arena a couple times or somethin'? Make ya back the money ya spent repairin' me?

Gear: ......*nod* We can talk about a rental agreement too, assuming you want to stay here with Thundercracker.

Warp: C-can I!? *surprised at the offer*

TC: Can he? *y-yeah, that surprised a comment out of him too* I mean . . . thank you, sir.

Gear: As long as he doesn't cause trouble, I've got no problem with him staying.

Warp: I won't be any trouble!

TC: *isn't wholly sure of that…but again, he'll do what he can to mitigate things if necessary*

Gear: *yeah....not entirely sure he believes it either....he grunts again and motions for TC to bring him his fuel already*
