Deckard: Terris… *accepts the hand, pointing at himself with the other* Deckard. Thank you. *bows*

Terris: Deckard. *nods* Kagerou? *definitely a question* "Do you know Kagerou?"

Deckard: !? K-kagerou?? */shock/ - THERE'S a name he never expected to hear again except /maybe/ from Maru . . . and definitely NOT from a bio-experimental creature* What do you know of Kagerou?

Terris: *motions for Deckard to follow him. He's gentle, trying to lead the BP with him.*

Deckard: *Oh, yeah, he's /definitely/ following – he wants to know what this creature knows, this…obviously very /intelligent/ creature, even if it - /he/ - speaks a language he's never heard before*

Terris: *leads him to a cave that's well furnished. He'll motion for Deckard to sit.* "Kagerou will be back soon." *he'll bring Deckard a small can of fuel*

Deckard: *confused, just gets that he's to sit (and wait?) and caught Kagerou's name again . . . he settles with a nod, looking around cave-home, accepts the can* Thank you, Terris. I humbly accept. *drinks the fuel slowly, still looking around and…wondering what's happening – maybe this is some kind of…hallucination in a sense, a glitch in his Super AI now that it's been-…*

*Terris is just starting to settle when Kage and the other three return.*

Kage: Terris-danna, I took Je-- *stops at the sight of Deckard* Deckard....

Deckard: "K-kagerou!?" *stands so hard, he drops the can, completely forgotten, on reflex he's reaching for his pistol* "Wha-/HOW/-!?"

PJ: *has the quickest reflexes of the Braves aside from Kagerou – leaps over to Deckard's side, catching his arm before he can get his pistol out* "Deckard, it's okay! Well, no, it's not okay, there's a /lot/ that's very. Not. Okay. about everything, but Kagerou's not one of them. It's a long story."

Duke: "Power Joe's right, Deckard. Hold your fire."

McC: "We're on some kind of alien world. None of us know how, but . . . we're in danger here. We need to find Dumpson, Drill Boy, Shadowmaru, and Gunmax before anyone else does."

Deckard: *danger to his team, if /nothing/ else, is what gets him to change gears - he straightens, looking around at everyone, serious* "What kind of danger and how much time do we have?"

Sirrah: "Time. The rest of your team is not in a place of danger." *yes, she's butting in* "Forgive the intrusion, Deckard, was it? I am Sirrah. It is an honor to meet you. Kagerou has told me about you. It is good to meet you for myself finally."

Duke: *is quietly shifting the two children into the cave, if they've not already entered on their own*

Terris: *his concern is the children now. He's shifted to meet Duke, quietly introducing himself and then he'll fuss over telhe young ones.*
Sirrah: *nods and then nods again.* I do. They are scattered, but not in places of immediate danger to them.

PJ: "So Duke was the only one you were really worried about then?" *glances between Sirrah and Kage* "You guys had us /worried/".
Duke: "It would still be a good idea for us to regroup as quickly as possible."
McC: I agree.
Deckard: *nods*

Kage: *looks at Sirrah. She had said the closest was in town, but hasn't yet said where the others are.* "Sirrah-sama, please, will you lead us to the others as quickly as possible?"
Sirrah: *gives Kage a deep nod, almost like a bow.* "As you wish, Ish'ip."
Kage: "Thank you." *bows deeply...and hesitates in straightening* "And...would you give Deckard the language of this world? If he'll accept?"
Sirrah: *looks at Deckard* "If he'll accept."

Deckard: *gives them and his team a questioning look*
Duke: "It's...I suppose the best way to describe it is a magical download."
Deckard: *nods* "I will accept. Thank you."

Sirrah: *nods and trots up to him, touching her nose to him. When she pulls back, Deckard will realize he understands the soft words of assurance and care Terris is speaking to the children*
Terris: *softly soothing the boy with gentle words as he sees to the child's injurries.*
Kage: *gives her another bow* Thank you, Sirrah-sama.
