Prowl: *small grin, nods* Good. I'm proud of you, Sari. Prime and the others would be too.

Sari: *looks pained* Jazz is around here. We can't get to him, but we know he's on Earth.

Prowl: */frowns/ - his fellow ninja-bot had been one of those he couldn't find* Held by the Decepticons? *just so he's not assuming*

Sari: *nods* A nasty mech who calls himself Oilslick.

Zero: *frowns* I know him. I've dealt with him before. He's a "recent convert" and was a nasty piece of work /before/ he became a Con.

Prowl: How difficult will it be to get into his place to rescue Jazz?

Sari: We've not found a way, yet.

Zero: Leave him to me. I know what tech he uses.

Prowl: ..........Sari, do you know what happened to my chassis?

Sari: *that actually gets a smirk from her* Sure do. This way. *will lead them towards another doorway. In the next room Prowl's body is laid out as a sort of memorial to him.*

Prowl: ...................... *wow, it's weird to look at himself like this . . . he's glad to see Yoketron's helmet is still there* Thank you, Sari, for taking care of...well...me, my shell, like this. *gives Zero a questioning look*

Sari: You've kind of become a bit of a symbol for us. What you sacrificed for Earth, a planet that's not even your home, how can we do any less for the place that /is/ our home? *she also looks at Zero* You're taking his body, aren't you? Why?

Zero: I'm a scientist, and with his spark still here, I think I might be able to get his spark and chasis to merge again.

Sari: But the AllSpark energy didn't work, what makes you think this will?

Zero: A different approach. The AllSpark recognizes him as passed, maybe it just won't reverse that, maybe his spark wasn't near enough before. *he looks at Prowl.* Might be worth trying again, if she really does have some part of the AllSpark in her. *he's heard of Sari...Megatron wants her...so very much. It's likely why she's here instead of out recruiting with her dad and Fanzone...*

Prowl: *to Sari* If you tried to use your AllSpark energy on my body, I never felt it. The first thing I remember is Megatron standing over Prime and the others. I followed them to Cybertron. This is the first time I've been able to get back here.

Sari: *nods* You were probably on Cybertron then, because I tried after things calmed down here.

Zero: I hate to interrupt, but while you two try this, Sari, will you tell me where Oilslick’s compound is from here? I’ll see if I can’t get Jazz back here.

Sari: Of course! *she’ll tell him, and will also give him a download via AllSpark energy of some current maps of the area and any intel the Underground has gathered.*

Zero: *nods and looks at Prowl* Try this, I’ll get Jazz and come back. If it doesn’t work then we’ll try my way.

Prowl: *small grin, starts to lightly tease that he's not Bumblebee…but that brings up the memory/knowledge of where the younger bot is now and . . . h-he can't, just nods and moves to follow Zero* Where are we going and what exactly are we up against?

Zero: *will start laying out what he knows of Oil and his preferred security measures, how to get past them. They'll get to the place and scout a bit to see who all they're dealing with. And Zero proves to be quiet a strategist. He'll lay out several plans and backups for searching the place for Jazz. And with that they'll head in. Prowl will end up playing distraction when Zero pings the ninja that he's found Jazz. He approaches the bound and beaten ninjabot. He's... he's been nailed to the wall in a small, dark room. His voice is low and soothing.* Jazz...I'm a friend, and I'm here to rescue you. *won't bring up Prowl, doesn't want Jazz to think Zero is trying to toy with him...*

Jazz: *shudders and looks up - his visor is shattered, one optic broken with old oil dried down his face from the leak - studies the bot…and nods*

Zero: *peels away the fake Con badge when Jazz looks up. He'll put it back on and close the rest of the distance to Jazz. His touch is gentle as he makes sure Jazz has his feet under him and unbound...and then turns to the spikes through his wrists and forearms.* Brace yourself. *he gets hold of a spike, and will give Jazz a chance to brace before /yanking/ it out. He'll hold Jazz's arm in place after removing one spike and will take hold of the next* Next. *he'lp give Jazz a brief chance to brace again before yanking out the spike. He'll gently lower Jazz's arm to his side* Lean on me. *and he'll reach for the other arm.*

((Basically two spikes in each arm.))

Jazz: *in a semi-meditative state as it is, just to /deal/ . . . nods and manages to not cry out but he jerks with a muffled /buzz/ of pain at the first, handles the second a bit better . . . /venting/ as he shifts to prop against Zero, bracing himself for the other arm*

Zero: *will repete the sequence of soft warning, then yanking free the spike for the last two. He'll shift and crouch* On my back. We'll get you fixed up once we're out of here.

Jazz: *small grimace as he hesitates only an instant before doing so - it's a matter of pride, but he knows he's in /no/ shape to do much of anything - voice soft and staticky* Thank you.

Zero: *glances a little smile back at him.* My pleasure. *he'll start sneaking back out, pinging Prowl to meet up with him and cover his back....and try to stay out of Jazz's line of sight until they're safe and the poor Autobot can process and react, okay?*

Prowl: *wholesparkedly agrees . . . and so they'll move out*

Zero: *they'll make it out, but to /make sure/ they're not being followed, Zero will find a place to hide them for the night. He gets inside and crouches down for Jazz to get off his back.* Easy now. Take it slow.

Prowl: *sets himself somewhere to guard, still out of sight*
Jazz: *biting back moans as he eases himself off Zero and to the ground, venting hard*

Zero: *as soon as he can he shifts to support Jazz and ease him to the ground.* Try to rest. I'm going to do a few repairs and make sure that fragger didn't hide a tracer on you. Then a bit of fuel. Once I'm sure we weren't followed I'll take you to friends. Sari will finish fixing you up. *Assuming Jazz knows Sari. He'll feel quite dumb if he's wrong.*

Jazz: *perks at that, his remaining optic brightening* S-sari? She's…she's all right? I-Is she…free?

Zero: *smiles* She's safe and free. Just rest now, I'm going to try to see if I can ease your pain a bit.

Jazz: *relaxes at that, nodding . . . after a moment* Safe ta know the name of the cool cat who risked his plates for me?

Zero: *smiles again.* Subzero. It's nice to meet you, Jazz. *he's shunting pain receptors...and did find a tracer, so when he's done what he can he'll slip his arms under Jazz and pick him up.* We need to move. I have a bit of a surprise for you outside, you can ask all tye questions you want when I find us another safe place to rest. Okay?
